Zong is offering 360º Office to its corporate customers to help them running their businesses effectively and efficiently. This service allows clients to receive calls 24 hours a day removing the risk of missing any potential sales calls from the customers.
360º Office service is offered as a complete managed solution. With the advent of virtual private branch exchange, the company/client does not have to install any hardware or software. They no longer need to invest in physical phone system or line at their premises. A separate number (DOD) will be given to the company by Zong. Callers can call at that number for 24 hours. In official hours calls by the customers will be connected to officials and in off hours callers can record their sales inquiries in voicemail.

- Q: What is a DOD number?A DOD number is a Direct-outward dialing number. This number is given out by the Zong to its customers. This master number is mapped on the Zong PRI and any caller dialing this number will be routed to the 360º Office.
