1. Power off your cell phone.
2. Next hold and press Volume Down + Power button for couple seconds.
3. From the Factory Mode choose option “Clear eMMC” using Volume Down to scroll, and Power button to confirm.
4. Now your phone will reset.
5. After that select option “Reboot”.
6. Done!
