Customers can now pay their internet bills for a number of companies either through mobicash mobile accounts or from our nationwide network of agents that includes, retailers, Mobilink business centers, Mobilink franchises, and Waseela Microfinance Bank Branches.

Transaction Flow

Through Mobicash Outlet

• Visit the nearest mobicash outlet with your consumer reference number (customer ID assigned by the internet company)
• Mobicash representative will request for your customer reference number and mobile number to process the bill payment.
• Mobicash Internet Bill Payments.
• On entering the customer reference number, amount will be extracted for the amount due.
• Handover the payment to the agent and immediately on processing of the transaction SMS based confirmation will be received by both the agent and the customer.

Through Mobile Wallets:

• Just dial *786# from your Mobilink number (with registered mobile wallet) and select utility bill payments menu.
• Select internet payments and the company for which payment has to be made.
• Enter your customer reference number to check the amount due against it from the billing system.
• Confirm your transaction using your MPIN and SMS based confirmation will be received.

Partial Payment Transaction Flow *

• For partial payment, amount to be paid can equal the due amount or less than that.
• On entering the customer reference number, amount due will be shown with the option to enter other amount.
• Mobicash Internet Bill Payments.
• Minimum PKR 100 and a maximum of the amount due can be made, to the internet company using our unique partial payment functionality.

Transaction Charges

• No transaction charges will be applicable on the bill payment being made from Mobicash Agent, Mobilink Franchise, Mobilink Business Center or Waseela Bank Branch.
• First 10 Bill Payments from Mobile Accounts are free every calendar month after which customer will be charged Rs 10 per bill.
