How to Get Warid Call and SMS History

Warid Telecom is now offering its customers to get their call details in addition to SMS details for their prepaid number. Earlier call detail facility was limited to postpaid numbers only.

From now on Warid prepaid customers can check their call details for last 7 days (excluding the present day) via Warid’s website, i.e. www.waridtel.com.

Get Call and SMS Details for Warid Numbers

“Warid call and SMS service” is a new service that has been launched by Warid telecom for all of its customers out there. Warid calls and SMS details service helps Warid prepaid customers to keep a check on their calls and SMS sent on any number and network of Pakistan. In this way, they can keep viewing the track of their outgoing calls and SMS.

• Activation:

–          Warid prepaid customers can get all the details of their calls and SMS of previous month by simply sending an SMS E<space>email id to 129.
–          Within 48 hours of sending SMS, details will be received on their Warid prepaid connection.

• Mechanics:

–          From the date of the request sent for Warid get SMS and calls details service, the details of all calls and SMS of the last 30 days will be sent to them.
–          All incoming as well as outgoing calls ad SMS logos are included in to be received details.
–          Adobe Acrobat 9 is required by Warid prepaid customers to view the details of prepaid calls and SMS file.

• Charges:

–          Only Rs. 50 (including tax) is the net charges to activate this service.
–          Just Rs.2.39 (including tax) will be deducted for sending an SMS to 129.

All you have to do is to visit www.waridtel.com, click on Member area, if you haven’t created your profile yet then click on create profile and follow the wizard to complete your registrations.

If you already a member on Warid’s website then sign in and you can view your prepaid call details via call history option available under services.

Service is free of cost.

In addition to checking call details for Warid prepaid numbers, customers can view their existing Tariff Plans with an ability to change the tariff plan of their own choice. Warid customers can also add Family and Friends to enjoy subsidized call rates on various packages.
