History of Valentines Day
Valentines Day doesn’t have one story but many behind the reason of celebration. The most common and popular story is associated with Saint Valentine of Rome states, who used to perform wedding of soldiers of the roman empire, who were not allowed to marry. Valentine was imprisoned by the empire and later executed. It is said that during his time in jail, Valentine fell in love with the daughter of his jailer, and wrote her a letter signed “Your Valentine” before his execution. Since then the day is celebrated to celebrate the love.
